Flavors on the square. Sometimes sticking close to home is best. I find myself, like many, struggling with eating well in the new year. I have always been diet aware and watched what I eat, as I placed it in my mouth, joke. But I needed to eat better thus week so we went to Flavors.
Salad bar with muscles made a tasty, affordable and balanced meal for me. I avoided the fried fish and only wished that there was a baked version on the menu. I seem to remember a time that there was baked fish for the Friday hot bar and maybe it will make a welcomed return? Everything was good and fresh and as always, no complaints about the friendly wait staff. Good job Flavors see you again soon. JT
