Painesville, OH – You are invited to capture the “Spirit of the Season” inPainesville. This annual holiday tradition begins at noon on Saturday, December 3, 2011 until 3:30 p.m. Santa will make his appearance at the end of the parade and he will be ready to meet all his little friends. This is a great photo opportunity! Remember there is a mailbox in Veteran’s Park for children to submit letters to Santa. If there is a return address on the letter, the child will receive a response back from Santa!

Following the parade, take part in the holiday activities that include crafts and carnival games inVictoria Place. Trolley tours of the City will be available. City Departments will participate in the best float contest. Any groups interested in participating in the parade please call 440-392-5912.

A peaceful walk through Veteran’s Park Winter Wonderland of Lights and Sounds will delight the hearts of all ages! Santa will be at Veteran’s Park in Downtown Painesville on the square on Friday, December 9 and 16 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, December 10 and 17 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. He will have small treats for all the good boys and girls that stop by for a visit.
